Mission Statement

Victory Taekwondo Chung Do Kwan Association was founded on the belief that God has a purpose for every person and that He orchestrated the sequence of events that led to the establishment of this association. As individual members of the association, we are honored to be able to make a contribution to further the well being of all members. We acknowledge that in addition to offering our talents, the most important contribution we can present is a sincere desire to care for each other in brotherly love.

Purpose

  1. To provide members with renowned national and international credentials: VTCDKA National Gup and Dan Certificates, Kukkiwon and World Chung Do Kwan Dan Certificates.
  2. To assist Sr. Instructors with business issues pertinent to their circumstances.
  3. To provide Sr. Instructors with ongoing technical training and guidance.
  4. To provide a Gup and Dan basic training curriculum based on the 2006 Kukkiwon Official Training Textbook and the 2007 Kukkiwon DVD Instructional set series. Additional technical guidance provided by Grandmaster Hae Man Park, Vice-President of the World Chung Do Kwan Association, in Seoul Korea, and Grandmaster Yong Shi (Kukkiwon 9th Dan) of Chicago Illinois.
  5. To organize Annual National Training Conferences.
  6. To provide opportunities to Sr. Instructors to host school seminars sponsored by VTCDKA representatives.
  7. To organize and/or support Sr. Instructors with the hosting of sanctioned tournaments.
  8. To establish school discount-rates with national martial arts suppliers.
  9. To certify and provide Sr. Instructors with the opportunity to implement the official VTCDKA children’s martial arts program, entitled “Mighty Kids”, in their schools.
  10. To certify and provide Sr. Instructors with the opportunity to implement the official VTCDKA adult cardio kickboxing program, entitled “Cardio KickMaster”, in their schools.

We now have schools in our association from Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, Tennesee, and Texas.
